Returns and Refund Policy

Returns are possible within 30 days:

  • The products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags.
  • The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
  • The items to be returned must not show any signs of wear.

Since our goods are shipped from China, returns will also be shipped back to China.

Please note. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own. Always make sure that your package has a track and trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded if no proof of postage with a track and trace code is provided. You return the goods by post without a track and trace code at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will notify you by email that we have received the return shipment. Within a few days after processing your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

 

Cancellation of orders

You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing process and unfortunately it is no longer possible to cancel them.

Returns are always at the sender's risk and return shipping costs are not refunded.

 

Wrong item or size?

If you receive the wrong item or the wrong size, you will receive the correct item free of charge!

 

Refund

We will refund your return on average within 3-5 working days of receiving it.
