Shipping costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free of charge to your home. There is no minimum order quantity.

Processing and shipping times

Have you found the perfect look on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure that your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Below are the average delivery times for all our parcels:

- Processing and production time before dispatch: Please allow between 1 and 7 working days for your order to be processed and produced before dispatch.

- Tracking number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after processing and production is complete. It takes approximately 1-3 days for the tracking number to appear on the tracking page.

- Delivery time: all products take between 5 and 13 working days from the date of dispatch, in exceptional cases up to 4 weeks, unless otherwise stated in the item description. Shipping is free and is carried out by DHL and other similar shipping service providers.

Delivery of your order

When your order is delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, there can always be a problem. Would you like to exchange it or return it? Go to this page.

A faulty product?

That's a real shame! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged in transit. In this case, we always deliver a new parcel free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. What if something goes wrong the second time? Then we will refund the full purchase price.

Ordering process

The ordering process on Fashionloaded.com is very simple. First of all, you need to go to the products page and add the product you want to the shopping basket. To do this, click on the ‘Add to basket’ button.

It's important here to check that you've selected the right variants. If everything is in order, click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ field. On the information page, you need to enter the correct address details. Please make sure that all the information is correct. If the information is correct, you can click on the ‘Proceed to shipping’ button.

The ‘Shipping’ page gives you the opportunity to double-check the address details you have entered. It also indicates that each shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of our esteem for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now continue by clicking on the ‘Proceed to payment’ field.

You can choose from several payment options. At Fashionloaded.com all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment:

A lost parcel?

If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new parcel before proceeding with the refund and return. If the order has not been received 60 days after dispatch, it can be refunded.
